Fantasma House is the vision of Peter J. Hartsock, a Los Angeles based writer director, who founded the production house in 2020 and serves as its chief creative officer. It was through a love for all things cult cinema and a passion for film culture, combined with his drive for boot-strapped independent filmmaking, that the mission of Fantasma House was founded upon.

Under Peter’s leadership, the company has raised over $50,000 for narrative film projects through state and private funding, received numerous festival accolades for his work, built and retained a pool of film talent and collaborators, and developed a strong community surrounding film culture through social media and an online audience.
